Play layout

I am in love with this layout!!! All papers are Imaginisce. The twine is from The Twinery. I hand cut everything, the sun, the pinwheels, the grass (took. for. ever! lol). I inked the grass green and some of the sun "rays" orange. I added pearls in the center of the pinwheels and they're on pop dots and tooth picks. The title is Thickers.

Fantastic Day Card

I made this cute card using some paper scraps and bakers twine from the twinery.. the umbrella is cut from the cricut expression 2 exclusive cart ( Cricut Essentials Cartridge). I made the rain drops out of twine from the twinery (ocean) and stamped the sentiment on the bottom. The face stamp is Peachy Keen Wide Eyed Kids.

Natural Beauty Layout

A layout of my precious little Harmony on Easter last year.

I loved Harm's hair bow so much that Jayden had a matching one that was pink. And I decided to make it a big part of the page. I cut the flower out of the same polk-a-dot paper as the strip in the background. The flower is 3 different sizes and layered with pop dots in between each layer. I curled each petal and then added the glitter/bling button in the center.. if you could see the actual headband in the pic you'd know it looks the exact same. The button was in my stash. I matted the pic on hot pink card stock. The title is cut from Give A Hoot (with my gypsy and expression 2) at 3.40 and I cut the shadow out in hot pink and the main cut in white.

Downtown Disney Dancers

Luckily I've had some time to figure out something of a routine lately.. the girls nap from around 12 - 2:30pm and that allows me to get a lil scrappin' done and then again at night after they go to bed. Especially since I don't have any big projects I can actually get some pages done for me for once lol :).

So this is a layout of the girls at Downtown Disney in Dec 2012. We took a vacation to SoCal as some of you may know and we ate at Goofy's Kitchen. The same day we took a walk around downtown disney before going to Palm Springs to see Adams Grandparents. If you've ever been to DTD before you know that they have music playing throughout the whole establishment. Well these girls loved it. They could not stop dancing.. They'd just stop in the middle of the walk way and bust a move. They got lucky that most people thought it was cute and didn't try to run them over lol.

I used DCWV paper for the patterned papers. And the others are cardstock from my stash. It's kinda hard to tell but the redish color is actually hot pink and the journaling is on light purple and Mickey is cut from dark purple. I matted the pics on light purple and the banner/pennant is one a light purple mat too.

The stars around mickey are Studio Calico stamps as well as the banner (stamped in purple and white). Mickey was cut from my Cricut using SCAL awhile ago and I saved a few of them in my die cut box. He's from a Mickey web/ding bats font.

Spring Sketch Layout

This layout was done following a sketch. The only papers I for sure know of the brand on are the purple, yellow & white, which are Recollections brand.. the butterfly paper I won and I have no clue what brand it is.

I embossed the purple strip of card stock with divine swirls embossing folder and the cuttlebug, then I inked it with pink ink. I also inked the butterfly paper with purple chalk in and the boarder of the white background card stock. I added a butterfly cut from the Best of 2008 cart with my Cricut Expression 2 & Gypsy. I glimmer misted the butterfly with a purple color I think it may have been Wine?? Not positive.

I added a swirly orchid bakers twine line across the bottom leading to the butterfly. I put a yellow mat down and then my pic on top of that and the little banner is the purple background with yellow on top and cut by hand. I hand wrote the date (April 8, 2012 .. which was Easter last year) with a purple glaze pen and then I added some white gel pen stitching around the date.

Lucky Layout

I made this super cute layout of Jayden from her 3 year old birthday shoot I did on her birthday. The title is Thickers and they're hot pink glitter... closest to the first pic. The banners at the top are chipboard from Imaginisce's Garden Party Chipboard stickers. I took the banner and cut it.. about 30/70 I'd say. The papers are all Imaginisce and the semi circle has alternating pink and blue iRock Gems around it.

I gave this page the title "lucky" (and will eventually add "to have an Aunt Rachel" to the banner as a subtitle) because the gorgeous dress Jayden is wearing was made special by her amazing Auntie Rachel just for her special Mad Tea Party birthday party! I could not believe how beautiful it turned out. Jayden loved it so much she almost cried when she saw it.. and she didn't want to take it off at all! Her Auntie Rachel always sews Jayden & Harmony the CUTEST stuff!

I can't even count how many beautiful things Rachel has made for the girls including Jaydens fav baby blankie that got stolen at Disneyland when our stroller was stolen, Jaydens snow white dress, Harmonys Cinderella dress, and even Harmony's crib set.. and well we certainly can't forget the time she made all the dresses for all of my bridesmaids & flower girls, bow ties & vests for my groomsmen, uncle (that walked me down the aisle, ring bearer, & groom of course!! She's the best!

Needless to say I'm hoping the next time Aunt Rachel comes over we can get her in the studio with Jayden for a shoot of Jayden in her dress.. and her barbie with the matching dress (also made by Aunt Rachel).

Giraffe Layout

I made this layout using DCWV papers from the Gone Wild stack and some ribbon and white 12x12 card stock. I followed a sketch and cut the title from Noah's ABC Animals with my Gypsy and Cricut Expression 2. Both the tiny Giraffe in the corner and the title are on pop dots.

Dance in the Rain card

Today I have this super cute card to share. I made this for a few challenges, which I will list below, as always. I used the DCWV Juniper Berry stack for the papers.

The rain drop is cut by hand from some blue card stock and I stamped it with a Peachy Keen wide eyed kids stamp. I filled the eyes in with white gel pen, the mouth with red zig marker, and drew some white lines around to give the effect of water i guess lol. The rain drop is on a pop dot.

The strip of ribbon is from my stash and is pleated, and held on with ATG tape. I also hand cut the banner and stamped with black ink the sentiment using some alphabet stamps from Studio G.

I inked around the banner and added stickles to the banner and the light blue umbrella below.

1 St Patty's Day layout

Here I have a cute little St Patty's Day layout I made for Tommy's book. I used a few different carts... Simply Charmed for the pot of gold and leprechaun, Noah's ABC Animals for the rainbow, Create A Critter for the clouds, the "1st" is from Cricut Craft Room Basics, "St Patty's day" is from Letter Envy & and welded together with my gypsy and cut with my cricut expression 2. I used green card stock for the background, gold gel pen to make the gold pieces gold.. all other paper is just from my stash.
