Loving Life layout

Hey everyone,

Today I have this "Loving Life" layout to share. The pic is a Mothers day shoot of me and the girls on Mothers day in 2012. All papers except for the background are scraps. I made the "Loving" and the tickets with my silhouette cameo. The "LIFE" is thickers. I used a black Zig pen for the "stitching" around the pink picture frame.

Party Dress Layout

Welcome everyone!

Today I have this pretty pink layout of Jayden to share. These are pics of me getting Jayden into her beautiful pink dress I got her to wear on her 2nd birthday (seems like yesterday and yet, so long ago all at once). I decided I had quite a few pics that went together so I thought a collage would fit well. Here is the layout...

The roses that run down the side were made to compliment the dress.. I was taught in photography class that repetition is good (lol)!

Just Married Layout

I couldn't be happier with this layout I love how it turned out. All of the papers are Authentique Paper. I got the flowers in a kit except for the one with the little blue button in the middle.. I hand made that flower by cutting different flowers out of different paper by and and rolling them for volume and adding a brad to the middle. The tag also came in the kit. I cut the heart by hand and used cardboard that was just "garbage" basically. I used bakers twine from The Twinery for the tag and the kraft colored twine/yarn stuff is from the kit also. I used my cricut to cut the white background shape behind the pic.. I welded images together (from Cricut Craft Room Basics) and stretched them with the gypsy. And the title is cut from Tie the Knot.

Daisy Picking

I made this cute layout with pics of Jayden picking daisies... shes just strolling down the driveway. My papers are from my stash and the cut is from the Mickey & Friends Cart + the Picking is welded together with the Gypsy and used Holiday Cakes for the font. I inked and glimmer misted the title to try and give it a lil more pop. I also outlined the title with a purple glaze pen.

Flower Mother's Day Card

To make this Mother's day card I started with a yellow piece of 8.5x11 card stock and folded in half hotdog way (best term I have is elementary school lol).
I cut the flowers out with the Gypsy, Gypsy Wanderings cart & Expression. Each flower is a different size and was assembled by folding the flowers a bit into shape then I used a brad to keep 2 of them together and ATG tape for the other. I bent some of the petals back and curled around my fingers. I inked some of the flowers. I added a yellow button to the middle flower and tied purple bakers twine on it.

I cut the vase out with the Gypsy & Pagoda cart. I used blue tissue paper and ripped it into different sized pieces and shapes and then I put them on the vase overlapping some pieces and covering with modge podge after each piece. I put the vase on pop dots.

I used zig glue to adhere the ribbon stems and leafs on the card. And I stamped different flowers on the background of the card with yellow ink. Finished it off with a sentiment on the vase.

The Sign Layout

Well.. I did it!!! I am now over my goal 4 layouts in 3 days, which is great because it means I have an extra day (we all know how that goes) I know Im gonna end up scrapping one day and falling behind my goal but to be able to say Im ahead of it.. even if it won't last.. is awesome news! Hopefully thow.. I stay on track and keep up my good work.

This is another layout of hospital pics of Jayden I used the Get Picky August Sketch #11 for this layout. I liked the pleated ribbon on my other layout so much I decided to try it again. I have issues.. when I learn something new I do it non stop for awhile lol.. but I think this will be the last layout with pleated ribbon for awhile. All the little paper flowers I had in my stash some are held on with brads (and I used my Big Bite II to punch the layout) and others are glued on with an irock gem in the middle.. (I told you I have trouble letting go of new things lol).

As far as the background paper.. well I made that myself.. not too bad eh? I used some of the paper scraps from my last layout (with the hang line of onsies) and used the onsie cut remains as a stencil and then I used pink & purple chalk in to fill in the onsies. Since I have onsies all over I figured what better thing to journal on than a onsie.. I cut this one out with Life's A party at 3 1/4 inches and popped it up with.. yup you guessed it.. pop dots lol. "The Sign" is also cut from Life's A Party the lower case are 3/4 inch and the capitals are 1 inch. I outlined the title with white scribbles 3d paint to help it stand out a bit. And to finish the page off I put a little pink button in the top corner with pink bakers twine tied in a knot and a purple button over my pink bow also with pink bakers twine.. but I tied this bakers twine into a bow.

Remember the Times layout

Simple layout I made... The circle is cut at 7 inches from the Create A Critter cart.. The title is hand written with Scribbles 3d Paint.

These are pics of Adam & I when we were still dating.. not even engaged yet.. so they're pretty old lol. These were taken somewhere in Tacoma. I loved the house then cuz I am a HUGE Michael Jackson fan.. and this is the name of his ranch.. well sort of if you lose one "Never" either way.. I thought this house was adorable so we did our pics in it. And it also fits a Disney type theme.. Peter Pan you know (Which I also LOVE!).

Circle Thank You Card

I made this cute thank you card today.

I cut the card with my Expression out of off white card stock at 6inches using the Wild Card cart on the Doily setting. I inked the card front with a pink ink pad and then placed the darker pink embossed paper on some foam tape and put it in the middle. I cut the "Thank You" with the Wild Card cart too at I think 8inches. I used my ATG gun to glue the "Thank You" down.. not gluing the entire thing. I also used my ATG gun to glue down the white bow made of ribbon. Using the same pink ink that I inked the card with I inked up a Stampin' Up flower stamp I have and made a boarder/frame around the darker pink circle. I also stamped the same flower on the inside of the card. Hope you like it :).
