CWC #89 Graduation/ End of School Year

This week the CWC challenge is Graduation/ end of school year. I made this graduation card using the Happy Graduation and Plantin Schoolbook carts.

I used both the star cuts from plantin schoolbook and the graduation cap from happy graduation as stencils and used silver ink to put both onto the black cardstock.

I cut out some red and light red polk-a-dot paper and put it on the side and then put the black card stock with the cap over it.

I added some red bakers twine over the red paper and then put some on where the tassel would go. I also added some to the tag I cut out by hand in both white and red card stock. I hand wrote congrats on the tag. I also inked around the edges of the black card stock.

Hope you'll come join in the fun with us over at CWC this week!

I'm entering this card into the following challenges:

Thanks for stoppin' by and have a great day!
