I used a couple different pattern papers.. brown stripes and pink strips, a solid hot pink card stock, and white card stock. I trimmed the white down to about 9x9 and then I used a braid boarder punch down on side. I cut the pink pattern paper just a tiny bit smaller to fit inside the white and still have a boarder. I hand cut the banner out of brown and then adhered the brown to white card stock. once they were adhered I re-cut the banner again so it was on a white boarder. I glued down brown bakers twine and tied bows on each end and then put the banner under the twine. I put the pics above.
